- The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong profile, gauge, or color).
- The product has not been used, altered, or installed.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Customized or special-order roofing sheets made according to client specifications.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

- Delivery fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Delivery and Return Shipping
- If the error is on our side (wrong or defective items), Panda Mabati Suppliers Ltd will cover return shipping costs.
